Cranberry Quesadillas

Steps:

  1. Wash hands and surfaces.
  2. Wash the top of the can(s), open, and drain out liquid.
  3. To assemble the quesadillas, place one tortilla on workspace and add some turkey, cranberry, and cheese over one half of the quesadilla.
  4. Fold over the other half of the tortilla and gently press down.
  5. On a pan over medium-low heat, add olive oil.
  6. Place assembled quesadillas to the hot oil and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  7. Place cooked quesadillas on clean cutting board; let cool slightly and cut into 3 triangles.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
