Lemon Chicken Soup

Steps:

  1. Wash hands and surfaces. Wash the tops of all cans. Open, drain, and rinse canned chicken and canned mixed vegetables.
  2. Heat a pot over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and heat for 2 minutes or until hot.
  3. Add drained and rinsed canned chicken and canned mixed vegetables. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until heated through and slightly browned.
  4. Sprinkle flour over chicken, vegetables, and remaining oil until a paste forms, about 2 minutes. Slowly mix in chicken broth until well combined. Stir in parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Break spaghetti into small pieces and add into soup. Cook for 8-10 minutes until pasta is tender. Finish with lemon juice and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
