Flourless Citrus Cake

Steps:

  1. Wash hands and surfaces. Rinse any fresh produce under running water.
  2. Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease or line a cake pan or baking dish with parchment.
  3. Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk well. Sift in powdered milk and baking powder. Whisk well for 2-3 minutes. Add in orange zest, vanilla, salt, and sugar. Whisk until combined. Pour batter into pan and cover with tinfoil.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean with no batter.
  5. Allow cake to cool before eating. Enjoy right away or for the next 3-4 days. Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 4 months
