Elizabeth Francis leads Rhode Island Humanities’ promotion of public history, cultural heritage, civic education and community engagement. She has expertise in building partnerships and initiatives that bring together humanities scholars, community members, public humanities practitioners, and policymakers in economic and cultural development. Deeply interested in the connection between public participation in cultural activities and overall civic health in communities,  Elizabeth  recently co-authored "Culture is Key: Strengthening Rhode Island’s Civic Health Through Cultural Participation" (2022), an initiative that led to the development of the state’s first Civic Health Index (2022) by RI Humanities. 

Michael Beauregard is the founder and managing principal of Reach Consulting, where he leads with a focus on creating meaningful change for communities, organizations, and individuals. With more than a decade of experience in advocacy, public policy, and strategic communications, Michael has shaped Reach Consulting into a trusted partner for clients seeking to engage their audiences and create meaningful impact in the community.

Gina works closely with a variety of nonprofit organizations to assist in building their internal fiscal capacity. She is often part of a team dedicated to building long-term client relationships and providing one-on-one client service customized to each organization’s needs. Much of her work focuses on translating technical accounting information into relatable terms and guiding nonprofits in continued compliance. She also helps board members and organization leaders understand their financial results, using that knowledge to drive efficiencies and make informed business decisions.

Aaron leads the team that keeps our transmitters, computers and studios working at peak proficiency while strategizing future technical improvements. Born in Westerly, Rhode Island, and raised in nearby Mystic, Connecticut, Aaron has lived in New England for more than 40 years … albeit with a five-year detour to the Finger Lakes of New York and Santa Barbara, California.
