Susan Rittscher

Susan Rittscher is an interim CEO and trusted adviser for nonprofits and businesses. She is the principal of Rittscher Results, LLC. Her team provides consulting in strategic planning, leadership development, change management, governance, finance, development and revenue growth.

For three decades, Susan served as the CEO at the Center of Women and Enterprise, the YMCA of Greater Providence, and the YMCA of Broward County in Florida. She has held other key leadership roles on the boards and in leadership roles with the United Way, Leadership Rhode Island, Junior League, University Club, the YMCA Retirement fund and a mutual insurance company. She currently serves as the Chair of the Women’s Fund and has an M.S. in Organizational Leadership and Management. She enjoys traveling, film festivals and biking.
