Dave Laverty

Dave draws on 30 years of executive leadership experience in high-tech marketing and the software industry. He was Chief Marketing Officer of IBM Corporation’s Data and Analytics Division, and served as CMO for Cognos Corporation (COGN). In addition to serving as the chairman of the Rhode Island PBS Foundation Board since 2021, Dave is a senior adviser with Bridge Growth Partners, a private equity firm based in New York City.

Dave also serves as a board member for Demand Spring Inc., and is a former board member for Finalsite Inc. He is past chairman of The Conference Board’s Marketing Executives Council and CMO Council Advisory Board. Dave is a graduate of Bryant University and resides in Cumberland, Rhode Island.
