We welcome submissions of finished work, including:
- Documentaries
- Narrative or non-fiction films
- Short-format interstitials
- Limited or ongoing series
Requirements:
- Content must be relevant to audiences in Rhode Island and Southern New England
- The project must be fully funded and complete
- Include a brief narrative description of the program
- Provide your contact information
- Submit a viewing link

If you’re seeking financial support from Ocean State Media, please submit a detailed proposal including the following:
1. Narrative Proposal (1–2 pages):
Describe your project, its goals, and creative vision.
2. Audience & Impact:
Define your intended audience and explain why the program is a strong fit for Ocean State Media, Rhode Island and the Southern New England community.
3. Supporting Materials:
- Project trailer
- Resume/CV
- Reel of past work
- Detailed project budget (include all expenses and anticipated revenue sources such as grants or gifts)
- Amount of funding requested
Proposals are reviewed quarterly by our Production Project Review Committee. If your submission is selected for further consideration, you will be contacted in writing regarding next steps.
